We hope you've been studying up on your British slang because the guys of One Direction have added North America to their 2013 world tour.

While we don't know if the band will need a new name by the time they hit the 25-date trek, we know for sure they'll make stops in New York, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Seattle. Tickets go on sale April 21 for that set of tour dates. The guys are currently touring abroad before they return Stateside in May for their 2012 North American dates. The world tour officially kicks off in February 2013 at London's O2 Arena.

"Our fans are simply the best in the world," Niall Horan said in a statement. "The support they have shown us has been incredible and we're all so grateful to each and every one of them. We can't wait to see everyone this summer, at Madison Square Garden and of course when we play our world tour in 2013."

The guys will also take the stage later this year for a sold-out MSG show on December 3. After dropping their chart-topping album, Up All Night, in March, 1D plan to release a DVD, aptly titled "Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD," on May 29, which will include concert footage, behind-the-scenes goodies and music videos.

While the boy band has captured the hearts of teen girls around the world, they've also caught the eyes and ears of some A-list female celeb. And they're not complaining about all the attention.

"[It's] really exciting, I suppose," Liam Payne told MTV News. "And even following Katy Perry on the stage [at the Kids' Choice Awards] as well was a big thing for us. It's just amazing to be in the same room as these sort of people, for us to just come over from England and just be involved."
