ARDMORE, OK--Ardmore's Community leaders and Health care professionals are gearing up for their 3rd annual Health and Fitness expo.
Over 25 vendors are setting up booths for the community event. Event organizers say the expo will allow people to walk through and pick up information about improving their overall health and wellness.
The event is hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and the presenting sponsor is Ideal Home Care. KXII is proud to be one of the sponsors .The event is free and kicks off tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. at the Ardmore Convention center and runs until 2 p.m.
